Responsibility
- Perform advanced testing, troubleshooting, and calibration of RF and semiconductor devices to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for high-performance analog semiconductors.
- Operate and maintain sophisticated test equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and automated test systems.
- Analyze test data, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights to improve product performance and yield.
- Assist in the design and execution of experiments to validate new product designs and process improvements.
- Document technical procedures, test results, and process changes in accordance with Skyworksâ quality management system.
- Provide technical support to production teams, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineering Technician, preferably in RF, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and network analyzers.
- Strong understanding of RF principles, semiconductor fabrication, and analog circuit design.
- Experience with automated test systems (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex technical data.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team.
- Certifications in RF testing, semiconductor manufacturing, or related fields are a plus.
