Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions that align with company goals and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new projects and system upgrades.
- Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of engineering systems to ensure peak performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality results.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a senior engineering role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and engineering principles relevant to the industry.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for engineering practices is a plus.
