Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including financial performance, milestones, and KPIs, to senior management.
- Optimize project workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in engineering project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis for engineering projects.
- Familiarity with local and international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, SNI, ASTM).
- Ability to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
