Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee electrical and construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage on-site activities, including supervision of contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems to verify functionality and performance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with local regulations, industry standards, and client specifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or electrical works.
- Proficiency in project coordination, site management, and electrical system testing.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
- Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
