Responsibility
- Oversee and manage engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives with technical requirements.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with vendors to optimize costs and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial analyses, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or other engineering software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contract documents.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
