Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects under senior supervision.
- Conduct site inspections, data collection, and analysis to support project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering challenges with guidance from experienced professionals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance measures in all project activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
- Fresh graduates or less than 1 year of professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
