Responsibility
- Lead the development and enhancement of engineering solutions for new and existing products or processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
- Design, prototype, and test engineering solutions, leveraging advanced tools and methodologies to optimize performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct thorough analysis of technical challenges, propose data-driven solutions, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering development, product design, or process improvement, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), simulation tools, and engineering analysis software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable solutions.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, materials science, and quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
