Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to develop and implement innovative beauty product manufacturing solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to optimize project outcomes.
- Oversee the design and installation of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure to support scalable production.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and industry regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles with budgets exceeding IDR 500M.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project, or similar engineering and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
