Responsibility
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of advanced semiconductor equipment at client sites.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex technical problems and implement solutions.
- Train client personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for all field activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor technology and equipment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, preferably in semiconductor or related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor equipment, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
