As the CVD Process Owner, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) processes to ensure high-quality semiconductor production. Responsibility
- Own and optimize Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) processes to meet production and quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance yield, efficiency, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Conduct experiments and data analysis to refine CVD parameters and ensure consistency.
- Maintain and calibrate CVD equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Document process specifications, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on CVD processes and equipment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in thin film deposition technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CVD process development and optimization in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of thin film deposition techniques and semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical process control (SPC) methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in a cleanroom setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document processes and procedures effectively.
