Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, components, and devices to meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and technicians, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses to support project planning and decision-making.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a contract or project-based role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science.
- Experience with project management and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) to collaborate with international teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
