Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and optimization of chemical processes and systems.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, data analysis, and process simulations under supervision.
- Monitor and document chemical reactions, production yields, and quality control metrics.
- Support the implementation of safety protocols and environmental compliance in all operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Prepare technical reports, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the scaling up of laboratory processes to pilot or industrial-scale production.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in chemical engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong foundation in chemistry, thermodynamics, and process design.
- Familiarity with chemical engineering software (e.g., Aspen Plus, MATLAB, or AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
- Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and commit to full-time employment.
