Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize low-level firmware for Bluetooth and 802.15.4 controllers.
- Debug and resolve complex hardware-software integration issues at the silicon level.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to define and implement RF firmware specifications.
- Develop and maintain device drivers for embedded systems.
- Perform performance tuning and power optimization for wireless protocols.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers in best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging wireless technologies and industry standards.
- Document technical designs, test plans, and implementation details.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in embedded software development, with a focus on wireless protocols.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and assembly language for embedded systems.
- Deep understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and 802.15.4 protocols.
- Experience with RF firmware development and debugging tools (e.g., logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
- Familiarity with RTOS and bare-metal programming.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
