Responsibility
- Lead and execute preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure optimal performance of electromechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in machinery, electrical systems, and automation processes.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and upgrade electromechanical systems for enhanced performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing maintenance teams.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, CAD software, and maintenance management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in industrial environments.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
