Responsibility
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for electrical projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
- Develop and manage tender documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Conduct contract administration, including negotiations, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitor and control project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to optimize project costs and timelines.
- Perform risk assessments and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising quality.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in electrical quantity surveying.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on electrical projects.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, tendering, and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations is a plus.
