Responsibility
- Lead and manage electrical project execution from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project deliverables with technical and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee M&E system design reviews, ensuring compliance with local and international electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Develop and monitor project schedules, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify installation standards and safety protocols.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to senior management.
- Mentor junior engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with government authorities and utility providers to secure permits and approvals for electrical works.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; PE (Professional Engineer) certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably with an M&E contractor.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale electrical projects (e.g., commercial, industrial, or infrastructure).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LV/MV, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, etc.) and M&E integration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or ETAP for design and planning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders across cultures.
- Familiarity with Bali/Indonesia construction regulations and safety standards (e.g., PUPR, PLN requirements).
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
