Responsibility
- Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of electrical installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Oversee compliance with local and international electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC) and safety regulations (OSHA, PUIL).
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective materials and services without compromising quality.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Masterâs degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record in large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and renewable energy integrations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and tools like ETAP or SKM for power system analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian electrical regulations and experience working in Southeast Asia is highly advantageous.
- Ability to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
