Responsibility
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft systems, components, and structures in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Conduct functional tests and quality checks to ensure aircraft systems meet safety and performance requirements.
- Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings to execute maintenance tasks accurately.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, logs, and compliance documentation.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FAA, EASA, or DGCA) to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
- Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrading of aircraft systems and components as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field (e.g., A&P license, EASA Part-66, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, or overhaul (MRO) environments.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with aircraft systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, avionics, and electrical components.
- Familiarity with FAA, EASA, or DGCA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly in English (additional languages are a plus).
