Responsibility
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems using tools like Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate, clash-free designs and seamless project coordination.
- Generate and update construction drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models to support project execution.
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts to optimize building performance and efficiency.
- Assist in quantity takeoffs and cost estimations using BIM data to support budgeting and procurement.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current with BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to BIM execution plans (BEP) and adhere to project-specific modeling protocols.
- Support as-built documentation and model updates post-construction for facility management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus, but full training will be provided.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with construction processes, blueprints, or design principles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to engage with international teams and documentation.
- Willingness to commit to a 26-month structured program with a passion for learning BIM technologies.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates).
