Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the body and paint workshop, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize workflow to maximize productivity while maintaining high-quality output.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of technicians to ensure consistent performance and skill development.
- Ensure profitability of the body and paint business through cost management, resource allocation, and process improvements.
- Conduct quality inspections of all jobs performed to guarantee customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive body and paint operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, paint processes, and quality control standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using workshop management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
