Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical support for new product introductions (NPI) and process validations.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action (CAPA) initiatives to resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Design and conduct experiments (DOE) to enhance process parameters and yield improvements.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, cycle time, defect rates) and propose data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
- Proficient in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or SPC methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Minitab, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
- Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
