DLE M&E Pte Ltd is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisors to oversee Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) construction projects in Bali, Indonesia. Responsibility
- Oversee daily M&E construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Interpret and implement mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of M&E installations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient problem-solving.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and documentation for stakeholders and management.
- Ensure all materials and equipment meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level education (or equivalent vocational training in M&E fields).
- Proven 5+ years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical construction, preferably in commercial, residential, or hospitality projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret M&E drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with local and international construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali, with flexibility to travel to various project locations as needed.
- Certifications in M&E systems, project management (e.g., PMP), or occupational safety are highly advantageous.
