Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects from planning to completion.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement of HVAC materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, drawings, and as-built records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; HVAC certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC project coordination, supervision, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing commercial or large-scale residential HVAC projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, local codes).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage teams and client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project scopes.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
