Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for production machines, electrical systems, and factory utilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in industrial machinery, including PLC systems, motors, and control panels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and upgrade electrical systems for improved efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations to ensure adherence to safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local codes).
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and propose sustainable solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for specialized maintenance, repairs, and system integrations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, maintenance logs, and compliance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, CEM) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or heavy machinery environments.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming, motor controls, and industrial automation (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards (NFPA 70E, IEC), and risk assessment protocols.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, thermal imaging cameras).
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar software for electrical design and analysis.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
