As a Facilities Engineer, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will drive operational excellence, reduce downtime, and enhance sustainability across our facilities.
Based in Badung (covering areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class facility solutions in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Responsibility
- Design, install, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
- Develop and implement facility management protocols in compliance with local and international safety regulations.
- Oversee vendor and contractor activities for repairs, upgrades, and system installations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Troubleshoot technical failures and provide rapid, effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Prepare detailed reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and budget requirements for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate facility systems into new construction or renovation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field); professional certification (e.g., CFM, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in facilities engineering, with a focus on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Proficient in CAD software, BMS (Building Management Systems), and energy modeling tools.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards (OSHA, NFPA), and environmental regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals with precision.
- Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and vendor negotiation for facility projects.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
