Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the engineering department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate and track engineering projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables, to ensure on-time completion.
- Manage and maintain engineering documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and compliance records.
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and data analysis for engineering reviews and management updates.
- Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions for the engineering team.
- Monitor inventory of engineering supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an engineering support, administrative, or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Jira).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data management.
- Familiarity with engineering processes, terminology, and compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
