Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for smart home automation, including lighting, HVAC, security, and AV integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, interior designers, contractors) to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and propose cost-effective, scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in smart home automation, IoT, and energy-efficient systems to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., P.E., LEED) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design and project management, with a focus on smart home or building automation systems.
- Proven expertise in low-voltage systems, control systems, and IoT integration for residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and electrical simulation tools (e.g., ETAP, Dialux).
- Strong knowledge of international electrical codes (NEC, IEC) and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to mentor junior engineers and coordinate with stakeholders.
