Responsibility
- Lead the design, engineering, and optimization of solar PV, BESS, and EV charging systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project requirements.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical power systems, including grid integration and safety validations.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Develop and review technical specifications, schematics, and single-line diagrams for renewable energy projects.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and load calculations to determine system viability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and on-site teams.
- Ensure adherence to local electrical codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during project execution, offering innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on renewable energy, solar PV, BESS, or EV infrastructure.
- Proven track record in project management, system design, and commissioning of electrical power systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, PVSyst, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes (IEC, NEC, SNI) and grid integration standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
