Responsibility
- Design, configure, and deploy process analyzer systems and instrumentation solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct calibration, testing, and validation of analytical instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, production, QA) to integrate instrumentation into process workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for instrumentation systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, SOPs, and system specifications.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, including training and system demonstrations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process analysis and instrumentation.
- Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic understanding of process control systems, sensors, and analytical instruments (e.g., gas chromatographs, spectrometers, pH meters).
- Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, or DCS systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for client interactions and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in Bali or other regions as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
