Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress, risks, and resource allocation.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, including cost estimation, material procurement, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows.
- Implement quality control procedures and perform tests to verify structural integrity and adherence to specifications.
- Ensure timely project delivery by creating and adjusting schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including as-built drawings, change orders, and compliance certificates.
- Liaise with local authorities and clients to obtain permits, approvals, and project sign-offs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other construction software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and Indonesian construction regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable construction practices is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with occasional travel to other project locations.
