Responsibility
- Assist in the design and analysis of structural components for buildings and infrastructure projects
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with designs
- Perform structural calculations and simulations using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve technical challenges
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders
- Participate in quality control and safety inspections on construction sites
- Stay updated with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in structural engineering (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD)
- Understanding of concrete and steel design principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering productivity tools
