Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize electrical systems for production and utility machines to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical components, including motors, control panels, and automation systems.
- Lead the implementation of energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices in electrical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and process engineering requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEC) and company policies.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new electrical equipment and systems.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or SolidWorks Electrical).
- Familiarity with energy management systems and renewable energy integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, CEM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
