Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of engineering prototypes, systems, and components from concept to production.
- Conduct comprehensive testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure product reliability, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to optimize designs for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
- Analyze test data and provide actionable insights to improve product functionality and durability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in design and testing methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure all projects adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design and testing engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or R&D environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Strong knowledge of testing protocols, quality control standards (ISO, ASTM), and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-precision environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
