As a key member of our team, you will oversee critical projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution of New Product Introduction (NPI), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). Your expertise will drive efficiency in costing, supplier management, and engineering change notices (ECN), while supporting audits and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions, ensuring all documentation and testing meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Implement APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) methodologies to mitigate risks and enhance product quality.
- Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
- Process and track Engineering Change Notices (ECN), communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, manage contracts, and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Conduct cost analysis and support budgeting for projects, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Provide audit support by preparing documentation, coordinating with auditors, and addressing findings to maintain compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems (highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of NPI, PPAP, APQP, BOM, and ECN processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, or other quality management standards is a plus.
