Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and renewable energy projects.
- Oversee power distribution, control systems, and smart grid technologies to ensure optimal performance and compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, project managers, and renewable energy specialists, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and energy audits to optimize system efficiency and sustainability.
- Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and reports for electrical infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems, renewable energy, or smart grid technologies.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of international electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC) and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Experience with renewable energy systems (solar, wind, battery storage) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Project management experience (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus).
