Responsibility
- Design and develop ACMV systems for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using CAD and BIM software.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to integrate ACMV systems seamlessly into building designs.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Perform energy efficiency calculations and recommend sustainable solutions to optimize system performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance system reliability and functionality.
- Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ACMV system design, installation, or project management.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and HVAC design tools (e.g., Carrier HAP, Trane Trace).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
