Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on Canon Medical Systems’ imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and software to minimize equipment downtime.
- Provide on-call support for emergency service requests, ensuring rapid response to critical failures in healthcare facilities.
- Conduct equipment installations and upgrades, including system configurations, testing, and user training for medical staff.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and product specialists, to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical imaging technology through continuous training and certification programs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering professional, courteous, and efficient service.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the medical imaging or healthcare equipment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of MRI, CT, ultrasound, or X-ray systems (Canon Medical Systems experience is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Denpasar, Badung, Canggu, Ubud, etc.) and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Certifications in medical equipment servicing (e.g., Canon, Siemens, GE) are highly advantageous.
