Responsibility
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Develop and monitor detailed work schedules in alignment with the project program.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges to minimize project delays.
- Ensure all construction activities are documented and recorded for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local construction standards and practices in Bali is a plus.
