Responsibility
- Oversee and manage M&E construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Develop and monitor work schedules, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to technical standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for M&E systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical and electrical installations.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to align M&E works with overall project goals.
- Implement sustainable and energy-efficient solutions in M&E designs where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, and fire protection.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
