Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, and automation solutions for industrial and commercial applications.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with national (PLN) and international (IEC/NEMA) standards.
- Lead project execution from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with mechanical, civil, and IT teams to integrate electrical systems with broader infrastructure projects.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, smart grids, renewable energy) and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare technical reports, schematics, and documentation for stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., PII, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design, project management, or industrial automation, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit MEP for electrical drafting and simulation.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes (PUIL), low/medium voltage systems, and PLC programming.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary projects with a focus on efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
