Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and backup power solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and energy audits to optimize system performance and cost-efficiency.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to align electrical designs with project timelines and budgets.
- Lead the commissioning and testing of electrical systems, including insulation resistance, continuity, and functional tests.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical system design, preferably in commercial, industrial, or security infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification (e.g., SNI, IECEx) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or Dialux) and simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, PLCs, SCADA systems, and renewable energy integration.
- Experience with project management (PMP certification is a plus) and vendor coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous but not required.
