Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems for industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on electrical faults, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and automation components.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections on production machinery to preempt potential failures.
- Develop and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical systems and machinery upgrades.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to local and international safety regulations, including OSHA and IEC standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering, with a focus on machinery maintenance and automation.
- Proficient in PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC drives, motors, sensors, and industrial control panels.
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar design and simulation tools.
- Familiarity with NFPA 70 (NEC), IEC 61439, and other relevant electrical codes and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
