Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems, including motors, PLCs, and automation frameworks to optimize industrial processes.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on electrical systems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical solutions into broader engineering projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Develop and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation for system upgrades and new installations.
- Lead the commissioning and testing of electrical systems, validating performance against design requirements.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices in electrical maintenance and automation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in industrial automation and recommend innovations to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on industrial automation, control systems, or maintenance.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining motors, control panels, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Proficiency in using electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or SolidWorks Electrical).
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety protocols (e.g., LOTO, NFPA 70E) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia or travel to project sites as needed.
