Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with IEC, NEC, and local regulations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and system modeling using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit).
- Lead site inspections and coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for electrical installations, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability in designs, incorporating renewable energy solutions where applicable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, providing root-cause analysis and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to deliver on-time, within-scope results.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Masterās degree or PE license is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical design, with a proven track record in commercial/industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit MEP, or similar tools for electrical system design and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of international electrical codes (IEC, NEC) and local Indonesian regulations.
- Experience with power distribution, lighting design, fire alarm systems, and renewable energy integration.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving project requirements.
