Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical proposals for electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare accurate and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to support project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance throughout all phases of project development, from initial design to final implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate electrical system requirements and identify potential challenges.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and best practices in electrical engineering.
- Review and approve technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to guarantee accuracy and quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide training to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on technical proposal development and BOQ preparation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar electrical design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with Indonesian electrical regulations and standards is a plus.
