Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations to determine project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall project designs.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering technologies and best practices, applying them to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in project management and system design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations, including NEC, IEC, and local Indonesian standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience working on international projects or in multicultural environments is an advantage.
