Responsibility
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment-related challenges, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to predict potential failures and implement proactive solutions.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new machinery and automation systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history for compliance and reporting.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and junior technicians on equipment usage and maintenance best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, automation, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing PLC systems, sensors, motors, and industrial machinery.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for tracking and scheduling maintenance tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
