Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to optimize project performance.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of E&I systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in E&I engineering, with a focus on industrial or chemical projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, API) and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant technical certifications is a plus.
