Responsibility
- Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal 9/10 websites, modules, and themes using best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, user-friendly digital experiences.
- Optimize website performance, security, and scalability through code reviews, caching strategies, and database tuning.
- Migrate legacy systems or other CMS platforms to Drupal, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the Drupal stack, including PHP, JavaScript, and Twig templates.
- Implement SEO best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Drupal coding standards.
- Stay updated with Drupal updates, security patches, and emerging web technologies to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Drupal development (Drupal 8/9/10).
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), and Twig templating.
- Experience with Drush, Composer, Git, and Docker for development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and headless Drupal integrations.
- Familiarity with AWS, Acquia, or other cloud hosting platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
