Responsibility
- Provide onsite desktop support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across client locations in Bali.
- Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Assist end-users with technical inquiries, including software installations, system updates, and account management.
- Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, including incident reports and service logs.
- Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to optimize performance and security.
- Provide training and guidance to users on best practices for IT equipment and software usage.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or field service roles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for onsite support assignments.
